Prior to making a booking please contact Robin Thomson (the lessor) to make sure Brat Bheinn is available for the dates required.
The letting period runs from 1500 hours on the Saturday of arrival to 1100 hours on the Saturday of departure.
To make a booking please return a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 (per week of let) to Robin Thomson, 89 Netherblane, Blanefield, Glasgow, G63 9JP.
The balance of the letting charge must be paid not later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance on time will constitute a cancellation and cancellation charges will become payable.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date the full balance of the letting charge is payable at the time of booking.
A good house-keeping deposit of £100.00 (in addition to the letting charge) is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date (or immediately if the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date) to cover the cost of any damage, the cost of replacement of items and the cost of additional cleaning. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the date of departure less any costs.
The hirer is responsible for maintaining the property and all furniture, fittings, equipment and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the arrival date. The hirer agrees to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found on arrival. The hirer will be responsible for all damage to or loss from the property or its contents which during the letting period and will be responsible for paying compensation to the lessor in the event of any loss or damage.
